Today has just begun for most people, but for me, I am still on yesterday. Sleep just would not push upon me. It has been this way ever since my last year in the Army. We trained for the most minimal sleep time that a person can handle, and still make it through the day. I had a hard time doing this. I grew tired faster than every one else. Caused a problem..
Today, I am on meds for this, among other things. There are nights that it just don't help. I just have to ride it out until I can. I usually sleep anywhere from 3 to 5 or 6 hours. Most times that's enough to keep me going. After about 3 or 4 weeks of this, it's back to square one. I just have to find activities both mental and physical to tire me out. Any suggestions? I am presently trying some things a doctor gave me.
Can the Last Partner really be tired?
